New Love: Marriage Wishes – Six Word Friday reboot

The wedding was beautiful. The bride
was glowing and gorgeous. The groom
over the moon ecstatic, dapper, hip.
Personal vows committing to love’s choice.
Two flames joined to light unity;
Two souls joined together for eternity.

    1. Athena,
      I chose to highlight the best of the day and honor the purpose of the day.

      My experience was a huge mixed bag of hot messiness and getting reconnected to significant reminders of my history, good and less than good. Post pending.

      Be well,

    1. Keith,
      Awww, thank you. You have such a kind spirit, that’s really needed in this world. Thank you for your blessing.

      May you create more of what you want in this year and enjoy your family and your life.

  1. Oh, is there anything more affirming than the joining of two into one as a new chapter begins? It’s the time we can (hopefully) put aside any fears or drama, and just be joyful for the happy couple. I’m glad it was a nice ceremony, and I hope that you also had a joyous day. Congratulations to your son.

    1. Cheri,
      Witnessing their personal vows and mutual commitment to one another affirmed many things for me. My heart is grateful they found each other and to see the path and direction his branch of our family is growing toward is truly awesome.

      As for me and my day, my personal experience was focused on ensuring my branch and drama didn’t distract or detract from their day. That was my choice and my honor to do. It was like experiencing my own personal Tale of Two Cities – It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.

      Thank you for visiting, commenting, and offering your encouragement and support.
